Warhammer Online: Account Center Pre-Order Key Problem




If you are one of the people experiencing problems with your Pre-order key not working in the Mythic Account Center today, double check the key you are typing in.  Apparently customers who bought their copies from Target have a misprint on some of the keys showing O’s or 0’s.  Mythic has announced the misprint and said that the key’s should not contain either character.  If you see those characters, replace it with a “Q” and the key should work.

Since bringing the Account Center live it has come to our attention that some Target Pre-Order customers are encountering errors when attempting to register their keys.

 

We have discovered that due to mis-printing the letter “Q” is displaying as an “O”. Pre-Order keys will never contains “O” or “0″. Be sure that in any scenario where there appears to be an O that you enter “Q” instead.
